Bug Description

I would like to add a new 2FA device but to do so I need to be able to access the relevant account management page, but when I log in to login.ubuntu.com, I don't see anything there to allow me to manage 2FA devices...

I already have 2FA enabled/setup on my old phone, and use it to log in successfully, but want to setup a new phone.

You ned to be in the 2FA testers group in order to be able to manage 2fa devices.

Was this always the case? So I was once removed from the 2FA group?
Right now I cannot login with snapcraft - it requires a 2fa.
I requested to join again..
