Bug Description
As a mandatory step, verifying the email should be a clear next step upon creating an account.

To post a comment you must log in.
Upon creating an account, the user lands in his main login.ubuntu.com page, which states, at the top:
Your account was created successfully.
We have emailed <email address hidden> (from <email address hidden>), please check your inbox to verify your email address.
Then, on the same page:
You have not verified your email address <email address hidden>.
Click to verify your email address.
And of course, the validation email is sent with a link for the user to click.
Finally, the SSO account *is* usable even if the e-mail address has not been validated.
We're happy to change this to something clearer but would benefit from something more concrete than the existing request.
