Bug Description

I upgraded from 14.04 to 16.04. During the upgrade I got the following screen message: Sorry ubuntu internal error. This occurred several times. I finished the upgrade and restarted my PC. When I tried a normal shutdown I got a whole bunch of scrolled error messages that would not stop until I unplugged the PC. Same for a shutdown/restart. Then I tried to add a new printer which did not work nor would the system let me delete an old printer. I need advice. I would like to revert to an older version of ubuntu but don’t know where to get it.

Hello,

This Launchpad project is only for issues with the Ubuntu One Single Sign-On service, and the problem you describe does not seem to be directly with the sign-on service.

If you need help with general Ubuntu issues you have two main choices.

The first is to rely on free support provided by the Ubuntu community. For this please visit https://www.ubuntu.com/support/community-support or post your questions directly in http://askubuntu.com/ or https://ubuntuforums.org/.

The second if you're looking for commercial-grade support, is to check out Canonical's support offerings for Ubuntu at https://www.ubuntu.com/support.

I hope this helps you find a solution to your issue.

Regards,

- Daniel
