Bug Description
When setting up a new account, if the Username field is not filled in with a complying username, the error says "Name" instead of "Username" giving the (mistaken) idea that is the name field that should be changed instead of the username field

Also note that some users see the 2 text entries in the registration UI and they assume the first is for first name and the second for last name, which makes the error even more confusing.
