Bug Description
Followed the instructions in README up to `make bootstrap`, where it fails with message:
"ValueError: unknown url type 'bzr+ssh:
due to insufficient privileges (was using a plain LP user with no groups). After the user was added to Canonical and Ubuntu One hackers teams, everything went smoothly with no errors.
