dobey and I are both trying to login to login.staging.
https:/
shows a statement timeout, with the worst query taking over 10s (looks like team participation etc.)

The code in that section simply checks for the length of the list of teams for a person, so it genuinely looks like slow database response.
I didn't see any similar oops in yesterday's report (admittedly a Sunday so it's unlikely to have heavy traffic) and I didn't experience any slowdowns when logging in myself, so I think it was a database hiccup which even the reporters didn't experience repeatedly.
Still, it'd be worth checking tomorrow's report to see if there were more instances; if so, I'd expect them to be clustered around a particular point in time. I'll try to run the offending query manually somehow to see how it behaves.
I'll update the bug tomorrow with more findings, but since this isn't reproducible and we need to collect more data, I'll set as Incomplete for now. Do let me know if it happens again :)
