Bug Description
1. In Chrome, go to <https:/
2. Find the "Choose your language" link.
What you see: A broken image icon next to the link.
What you should see: A flag image.
The problem does not occur in Firefox.
This might be the same problem as bug 920067, but it's not clear what the image is for on that other page.
