Bug Description

When you go to register on the Ubuntu One website by clicking the "New account" button on https://login.ubuntu.com/ it takes you to https://login.ubuntu.com/+new_account (or similar)

On this page, if you choose a 6 character password, the input validation says "Password too short"

If you choose a 7 character password, the input validation says "Strength: good" (or "Strength: fair") and lets you submit it, but then next page displays an error and saying "Password must be at least 8 characters long."

Could the input validation on the first page please be updated to say "Password too short" for anything under EIGHT characters, rather than under 7 characters.

This got fixed at some point in the past 2 years, 7-character passwords are now flagged "too short". Closing. Thanks!
