Bug Description:
There is at least an inch/2.5 cm of white space between the last buttons and the footer text on all pages

64bit Precise

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open USC
2. Goto the for Purchase section
3. Select an app
4. Click on Buy...
5. Go through all the SSO pages.
Expected Result:
I don't expect to see such a large gap between the last item of text/button and the footer.
