ubuntu 17.04 unity8 silo 2668
window close X is left hovered sometimes when unmaximized (see screenshot)
i actually see this pretty often, run some random app, maximize and then umaximized, it doesn't happen every time so repeat 10-20 times, also try to snap the app (upper edge) and then unmaximize and repeat
