ubuntu 17.04
System Settings \ Language & Text \ Keyboard layouts - missing scroll bar, takes forever to scroll, can't search and in general confusing
it takes 7 seconds to scroll from up to botton, can't scroll with a scroll bar because there is no such thing, can't search for a laguage
