FW version: UBUNTU 15.04 (OTA 14)

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Long press in power button
2 - Switch off device
Actual Result:
DUT takes for about 15-20 second to switch off completely, the screen remains backlit until becomes black.
Expected Result:
When you switch off device, screen should shut down quickly.
Reproducibility: 100%

About the same in OTA13 and on other devices, I believe it has always been around this long
