Randon freezes on bq aquaris E5

I don't know why, the freezes happen whitout apparent correlation. Everything is freezed. Pressing the shutdown button will turn off the screen, whit a second press the screen will turn on, but everything is like before, the phone isn't been locked. The only way to exit is whit a brute shutdown pressing the shutdown button for a while. Thanks for all your work!

Can you attach a syslog and note the software version?
Check disk space?
Are you running certain apps when this occurs?
If you can attach to the phone, check top to see what is running

1) Where i find the syslog? bq E5 rc channel, not from a version in particular: in the past (OTA 8, 9) this happened many times. In recent updates this never happened anymore, but for some week to know this bug restarted to happens.

I have not low disk space. I'll try the next time it happen to connect to a pc to see if I can enter using adb to use top, because whit the phone is impossible every interaction.

Whit last updates the problem seem partialy fixed, the phone doesn't freezes, but unity8 chrashes and restarts.
