Bug Description
there is no sane way yet to record the screen (screencast), there is mirscreencast but it's hard to use and doesn't record sound. i think, screencasting should be expected from a modern OS and should be made as simple as taking a screenshot (that's available and integrated in the UI right now by pressing print screen, you get a screenshot in photos/screenshot i belive).
