Bug Description
dash/ apps scope takes too long to load
this is more obvious now for me since i don't have a pin/pass code and i can just swipe fast to the apps scope. all i see is an empty background and i have to wait for the apps to show up.. very not cool.

It is not much better even if you have the pin/pass code from what I can tell :).
