Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* listen to music, increase volume to something rather high.
* produce an incoming notification with sound (e.g. a telegram message)
=> music volume is lowered for the notification, but then not raised any more.
expected: when the notification sound is over, music volume should be restored to what it was.
