Bug Description

I saw while reviewing the performance appstartup dashboard (https://platform-qa-dashboard.canonical.com/dashboard/db/krillin-app-startup) that the startup times for some apps was raised since build 429.

In the changelog there are several changes that could be affecting.
http://people.canonical.com/~lzemczak/landing-team/ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en/krillin/429.commitlog

The appstartup time displayed in the dashboard is the time between the lttng events: ubuntu_app_launch:libual_start and qtmir:firstFrameDrawn.

I attach screenshots for messaging and webbrowser apps.

Similar results are seen for arale.
