Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Activate Location detection
2 - Location Settings: Select “Using GPS, anonymised Wi-Fi and mobile network info. By selecting this option you accept the Nokia HERE terms and conditions.

Actual Result:

DUT does not locate. Neither Nearby nor HERE maps works because of this.

Expected Result:

DUT should locate as expected.

It seems this is suspected to be a duplicate of something long-standing

This has been tested on a krillin.

I get a location on initial boot after 2.5 minutes
On subsequent reboot I get a location within 10 seconds of starting an app I also get a location in the today and nearby scopes.

Accuracy is within 10 metres

It seems this is a duplicate of bug #596409 reported some time ago.

Since it's (a) not a regression, and (b) clears up after a reboot, I'm tagging this as not critical, and to match the likely dupe.
