Testing steps:
1. Insert one China Mobile SIM card.
2. Navigate to system setting ->Cellular ->Carrier

Expected results:
1. Registered successfully for the selected network.
2. List all the available network.

Actual result:
1.Automatically select CMCC.
2.Only display Automatically(CMCC) and CHINA TELECOM.
