Testing steps:
1.Navigate to network in indicator.
2.Check the CMCC and CHN-UNICOM under cellular data.

Expected results:
CTA requests no English, CMCC should translate into 中国移动， CHN-UNICOM should translate into 中国联通

Actual result:
Display CMCC and CHN-UNICOM.
