slow wifi OTA-11 on MX4 MEIZU phone

Hi

I don't know if it s a bug or not, but wifi is really slow now on my phone since a fex weeks, i used to have a 600ko/s download rate using my phone as an access point, since a little bit of time the rate has downed to 16ko/s.
I cant figure out where the problem is coming from : the last update OTA-11 or a problem with my 4G phone connection?
I ll be pleased to help if i can (log...)

Also i noticed in the mean time i have to enable the access point from the drop down menu, but also i have to enable the access point using the Access point dedicated activity, i did not to do both before (the drop down menu was enough)
