OSK does not appear in password fields in firefox

Bug Description
Hi everybody,
The OSK work with Xapps. However I found that in Firefox the keyboard appears in user name fields but not in the password one.
It happened in multiple sites.
Device: M10 tablet
OS: RC-Proposed r138
How to repreduce:
1- Run Firefox and go to gmail
2- enter your account and click next
3- click password field
the On-screen keyboard does not show up.

it also does not use the contextual layout when entering the email address/username
