conflicts with camera services

I have the phone locked by a PIN. When I open the uTorch app from the launcher the phone ask me to unlock it. I don't unlock the phone and after a while the LED switches on. Then if I want to switch off the LED I simply open the launcher and hold pressed on the uTorch app and in the menu tap on close. Then if I unlock the phone and open the Camera app an alert saying there is another app using camera services appears, but there is no opened app that is using the camera services: the uTorch app is closed... no apps that require camera services works now and I have to restart the system
