Out of focus call doesn't know of hanging up

With turbo image r104:

I call to DUT and accept the call
I change the focus of the app to check settings
I hang up the call from the calling device
In the DUT the phone call appears to remain "active", as it shows in the notification area the call as still undergoing - if one goes to the phone app there's nothing there, but as soon as I change to another app I see the annoying "undergoing" call. Closing the phone app doesn't solve. It is more annoying because the proximity sensor is much more sensible too, not allowing me to use the phone normally.
