Bug Description
Meizu Pro5 UE haves 2G or 2G/3G or 2G/3G/4G modes. It's not good in case of handover. Maybe add 3G_only and 4G_only modes?

Or to let the user choose his/her preference to which network mode to select first. On Android you can do it with USSD code and force it but on UT we have no option other than pre-set.
I would suggest to implement the USSD code in phone-dialer.
