Various apps crashing without send g crash dumps

I just reported bug #1595348 because the browser was becoming unusable.

But this morning the "local radio" app vanished whenever tbe tablet orientation rotated.

Yesterday I needed several tries to run the notes app.

I have had wifi problems - the indicator showed connected, but there was no internet access.. I had to switch wifi off&on to restore access.

I have restarted the tablet for the second time this week, and the radio app is robust again.

I suspect some sort of memory fragmentation that needs a restart to sort it out.

When apps vanish, why is this not an autoreported crash?
