I can't get a mobile data connection. My german SIM1 worked in Germany. I went to Vietnam and bought a local SIM (Provider: VIETTEL). I insert as SIM2, have 'H'-Logo on the indicators bar, but all apps say network error. I made a crosschange of SIM 1/2 -> no success. I tried the VIETTEL-SIM alone as SIM1 -> no success. Then I was not really sure that the SIM works, so I put it to my wifes Android S4 mini and it runs fines.
My Ubuntu phone leaves me alone: after OTA-11 I can't connect to the most WLAN and also the mobile data fails. Please search, find and fix. Good luck.
I attached my last syslog. The day of trying VIETTEL mobile data was June 15 or 16.
