Bug Description

When trying to access documents from the Bavarian State Library, one has to enter a capcha-like key to prove one's "humanity".

Once this input field is focused, the OSK just disappears.

Here is a link to a sample document (Shakespeare):

https://download.digitale-sammlungen.de/BOOKS/download.pl?id=bsb10749869

The field asking for a "key" can be found in the middle of the page.

This problem may be related to 1566373 and/or 1582060.

Might be a duplicate of bug #1582060 indeed. Is the captcha being automatically open in a new tab?

Changed in webbrowser-app (Ubuntu):

I am sorry, Olivier, I am afraid I do not really understand the question.

The OSK does not open for this INPUT field:

<input style='width:20em;' type='text' name='captcha_in' placeholder='Download-Schl&uuml;ssel bitte hier eintragen ...' />

Maureen: sorry if my previous question was unclear.

I just tested the page you linked to on my arale running the latest rc-proposed, and I’m not seeing any text field where the OSK is not showing up. The field for the captcha is the one just above the "Schlüssel: XXXX" image, right?

Back to my initial question (slightly rephrased): if you close the browser app, open it again, focus the address bar, type http://pad.lv/1591732, then validate, then when this page is loaded tap on the link in the description to open the sample page, are you observing the issue?

First off, thanks for your help, Olivier. It's appreciated.

Indeed, the OSK comes up on the input field when I open the page directly (my apologies, I thought I had thoroughly tested this, but apparently I hadn't).

The problem occurs when opening the page in sequence. This is the main page which links to the "page in question":

http://reader.digitale-sammlungen.de/resolve/display/bsb10749869.html

Clicking on "PDF-Download" opens the "page in question". Then, the OSK will not come up for the "Downloadschlüssel bitte hier eintragen" field.

Thanks for the confirmation Maureen, this is indeed a duplicate of bug #1582060, I’m marking it as such. That bug is fixed in OTA-12.
