Constant battery drain overnight

With all applications closed before the phone left overnight, the battery keeps draining overnight at the same pace as being used.
The attached screenshot ilustrates the issue.
The leftmost part should represent normal battery drain when not used.
For reference,the phone was definitely 'left-alone' around midnight.

The only thing different to 'normal use' was trying to connect a miracast display (my TV) in the afternoon just about the more signuficant drain started, but had some problems showing the actual picture, so I turned the remote display option back off after some time. I'm nit sure if it is relevant.
