1.Launch system settings and tap accounts option.
2.Tap "Add account",select "Google" account.The UI enter Google login interface.Check the UI.

Actual result:
"This service is not available right now.Try again later" UI displays.
Expected result:
The contents should be translated.

This has already been filed as bug 1533091, and the fix is ready for QA in silo 39.
