Bug Description

Steps:
1.Launch Weather app.
2. Swipe up from the bottom.
3. Press "+".
4. Some city on the list.
Actual results:
Launch weather app ,you can see current location still show English,all city names are not translated into Chinese on the list.
Expected results:
All city names should be translated into Chinese.
