Bug Description
STEPS:
1. run sudo ubuntu-emulator create --channel ubuntu-
2. run ubuntu-emulator-run rc-test
EXPECTED:
Expected I expect there to be a mock sim installed and a network connection
ACTUAL:
You get the message from the wizard saying there is no sim installed and from the running setup you can not connect to the network.
