screen goes black

This is brand new BQ Aguarius E5 HD ubuntu edition phone (with software 15.04 (ota-10.1) (20160408.4)) that is opened from the box and no tinkering with the device.

Problem is that the screen will go completely black during the use of the device. It seems like it would be some sort of screensaver or like that. For excluding that reason the default configurations were changed so that power saving is disabled and automatic screen brightness was disabled.

I haven't found out any pattern when the screen goes black, but it happens frequently and after short use of the device. I might be able to use the device for a minute or two, but then it strikes. That black moment takes usually something like 4-5 seconds, but in 10%-20% cases it will take much longer, however over an hour.

I hope that this is a hardware issue, and I will return that device. However, I will file this issue too (in case that it is not hardware issue) and you can do something for it.
