Bug Description
Browsing the Web or using Web Apps like Twitter are not really pleasant on my BQ E5 HD with OTA-10. At least 50 per cent of the time when I want to scroll up or down the page using my index finger, the phone reacts by following a link below my finger where I start the swiping/scrolling.
To me it seems like Ubuntu interprets a gesture as a tap way too early.
If you want to try, visit a page like msn.com, yahoo news or spiegel.de and try to just scroll the page without accidentally following any of the links to the full article or some ad.
This is really annoying for me as I constantly need to go back and retry my scrolling. Feels like the phone does what it wants instead of doing what I want.
I suspect this is just a question of a few additional milliseconds more to wait if a touch gesture is a swipe or a tap. I am quite sure this is not (only) my fault, because I owned an iPhone and an Android tablet and very rarely expereinced similar problems.
