Bug Description

On the BQ M10 (frieza), an app with its the desktop file containing the flag X-Ubuntu-Rotates-Window-Contents=true receives no orientation update in desktop mode. In staged mode it works better.

In order to easily test that behaviour, simply load up the application at https://code.launchpad.net/~fboucault/+junk/rotbug in QtCreator and launch it on frieza holding the device in landscape. Once started rotate the device in landscape and observe that no orientation change is registered in the console.

Alternatively simply install the click package attached and launch the app "rotbug".

thing is, in windowed mode the shell always rotates... That flag is practically invalid in windowed mode...

I'm not sure the above really "fixes" this bug. We should still pass orientation to the app, especially one that rotates its contents (since we're not rotating it).

And we do. Otherwise camera-app wouldn't look right.
