When I charge the phone the battery percentage doesn't changes until the battery its fully charged at this point changes to 100%, during charge if I want to have the correct percentage of battery I have to shut down the phone and turn it on again so the percentage is updated because reboot doesn't update it and sometimes not always the battery percentage drops very fast even if I'm not using the phone.

The fast drop is virtual if I turn off and on the phone percentage goes to normal, in this case went back to 95%.

Charging over night with airplane mode on didn't solved the problem, after using the phone I charged it and percentage only changed when it was fully charged, and after some time the percentage went from 98% to 58% suddenly had to power off the phone and power on to update percentage again.

As I wrote on the original bug report, the ONLY way I can get a working (reliable?) battery indicator (that being one where the charge indicator does not display a phantom drop) is to switch off the phone whilst connected to the charger, allow the device to boot into charging mode (battery icon upon light press of power button) and then switching on (whilst still plugged in - no idea if that is important at this point).
