Bug Description

All days events are displayed as two day events on month view if the DST change happens inside of the month.

How to reproduce
===============

- Change your timezone to paris tz
- Create an all day event on April, 21
- Open Month view

Expected
=======

The month view shows a dot only on April 21

Current
======

The month view shows a dot on April 20 and 21

OBS: Paris DST happen on Mar 27 which is the first day of April month view.
