Add account screen doesn't support landscape mode

Bug Description

Test case.
- Fresh install.
- Start Dekko -> Add account screen appears.
- Rotate the device to landscape mode.

Expected result.
- "Add account" is visible or screen can be scrolled.

Actual result.
- Only the background icon is visible. See screenshot.

For now i've just made the page flickable. We can address a better solution if there is one in the next design review
