Bug Description

When trying to update to Version 11, the update fails. The message I get is "Installation failed". "Sorry, the system update failed."

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Not sure why this is reported under the music-app.... adding canonical-devices-system-image and ubuntu-system-settings.

The screenshot indicates flight mode is enabled, it rally should have asked you to enable the network connection. Can you confirm networking is active?

Flight mode is enabled but WiFi is also enabled. It didn't ask me to disable flight mode. I nevertheless did try it with flight mode disabled, however the result was the same.
