Results in the first scope only load after you unlock the device instead of being already there when you unlock.

@Pat yes, we do already prepopulate next two scopes following currently active scope; this takes affect after unlocking though.
With this branch we will prepolute the first scope even when locked and as soon as you unlock, the next two will be prepopulated too.
