Bug Description

Picking up incoming phone call takes too long:
1) Incoming call is signaled visually and with ring tone
2) Shift the slider to the right to pick up the call
3) Telephone app is launched, but takes up to 2-3 seconds (or longer)

Device: BQ Aquaris E4.5
OS: OTA-9

Thanks for the report. Answering a call should be nearly instantaneous.
Can you describe what else is currently active on the phone, have you run a number of apps, anything significant in the background at the time.
Is it consistently the case or intermittent?

It is consistently and reproducible.

Attached all running process. The ssh session wasnt active during the incoming call - only for catching the process list.

Additionally I attached a part of /var/log/syslog, where the situation is clearly visible.

Acknowledged, if the app has not been started before and other apps are running it can indeed take too long
