Bug Description

current build number: 224
device name: arale
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/meizu.en

Test Case:
1. Make sure the camera app is not already running
2. Open system settings / background
3. Select 'Custom Art' / Add an image
4. Select 'Camera'
5. Take a picture and add it as background
6. Execute steps 3 to 5 again

Expected Result
The 2 images are available in the custom backgrounds and the last one is set as background

Actual Result
The second time the user tries to add an image, the transfer dialog of the content hub is displayed and a new photo cannot be shot with the camera

Alternate Test Case:
1. Open the address book
2. Create a new contact
3. Tap on the picture of the contact
4. Select the camera and add a photo
5. Execute steps 3 and 4 with the same new contact

Same result than test 1.

Just to clarify: confirmed the regression exists. Cannot reproduce in OTA 8.5.

I'm deduplicating for the moment because the problem is not only with the camera app but with gallery too. The apps don't always close when open from the content picker and next time it's selected the app doesn't become active.

Once there's more known about the bug itself, could you provide an estimated time the fix could be releasable? That would be useful for planning where and how to build it. Thanks!
