STEPS TO REPRO:
1. Head to Settings>About phone>Storage

Actual Result:
Some apps appear with a cross in its thumbnail or with wrong name

Expected Result:
All apps should appear with its thumbnail and right name

The issue still can be reproduced on the latest rc-proposed image r309,
the Messages' icon is wrong, it's using the same icon as Calls', and NearBy, Notes,Telegram and unity-scope-shopping don't have an individual icon of their own,
