Bug Description
This is on a krillin device with OTA-7. It is constantly slow and hangs badly.
top shows dbus-daemon is constantly spiking up to 80 - 90% cpu.
Attached there's a snipped of dbus-monitor. I've let it run for some few seconds (3 -5).
Looking through the log it seems to constantly exchange AccessPoint info over dbus and that would suggest this is a dupe of bug 1480877. However, as bug 1480877 is marked as fixed for OTA-7 and this OTA-7 device is still suffering really hard from this issue, it might as well be something else, so opening a new bug.
