[Wishlist] Yelp 'show on map' should be used with uNav

Hello,
on Yelp scope there is an option for 'Show on map' that is launching HERE maps. Great option would be to use uNav for that (when we click on that button, uNav should be launched with route to searched in Yelp place).

This could be easy with a call to an URL like this (uNav will catch it):

This is a yelp feature request, not a Nearby scope feature request.

Since yelp is not currently exposed in launchpad, I will change the bug to affect savilerow project, its parent project.

Adding it to to the savilerow project is the current way for scope like this whose code is not yet exposed on LP.
