Can't add or edit reviews in Ubuntu Store

i can write a review but then when i tap on send nothing happens. i've tried reviewing https://uappexplorer.com/app/monsterwars.t-mon 4 times and i still can't find my review.

what happens. after writing the review and tapping on send. i see the busy bar (orange bar on the bottom of the screen, moving back and forth) for 30s. (unity8 is at 35% CPU, unity8-dash 45%CPU). after that i get back to Apps where it's the Moster Wars. the review should be there but it's not. Sometimes i have to wait another 20 seconds before the UI works again (the scope UI, i can't swipe up or down)

except for this bug, the internet works fine on the phone

disconnected wifi, restarted router, same result. i'll try later with another ISP
