[reboot] Info for today is not full enough

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Install the latest image
2. Install the latest weather-app click package
3. Restart the DUT
4. Scroll to the apps scope
5. Tap on the weather app
6. Accept location
7. Wait for data to appear
8. Note how much info there is for today
9. Tap on tomorrow note how much more there is for tomorrow
EXPECTED:
I expect to see more accuracy and more info in todays data than in tomorrows
ACTUAL:
Today shows: Weather condition, temp now, max temp, min temp and that is it
Tomorrow shows: Weather condition, chance of rain, wind speed and direction, uv index, humidity, sunrise and sunset, max and min temps
As you can see there is simply not enough info in the today forecast.
Provisionally I would block ota7 on this being resolved.

The implementation is per the original design. Bug lp:1478255 was filed to get the Design team's input on how we'd display this info to the user, which we now have.
