Reprocuce (every morning when I leave home):
1. Plug a headset into the phone
2. Start the music app
What happens:
Volume is at maximum and a warning is shown
What should happen:
Volume should be exactly what I set it to last (which was around 50%).

Could this be related to bug #1485522?
At least I cannot reproduce this using only music
