Bug Description

Test case.
- Open camera app.
- Lock the device.
- Wait 15 minutes.

Expected result.
- Device is correctly suspended and doesn't make heavy use of the CPU.

Actual result.
- The device gets hot.

Confirmed on arale 111, when the device is suspended camera_service uses ~45% CPU.

Issue is that the app does not receive the signal that is going to become inactive (Qt.application.active does not turn to false).
This was not happening with image 95.
Probably same cause as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity8/+bug/1491034

This is being caused by Unity bug where locking the phone after launching the app for the first time does not provide the app with the proper signal to suspend, thus the camera service stays running
