Bug Description
Test case.
- Flash the phone
- Switch to Spanish.
- Make a missing call.
- Open the messaging indicator.
- Tap on the missed call notification to display snap decisions.
Expected result.
- All buttons must be translated to Spanish.
Actual result.
- "Message" button is shown in English.

This string actually comes from ubuntu- settings- components, and is properly wrapped around with i18n.tr() tags.
The problem is that the package itself doesn't seem to be generating the potfile anywhere.
